These terms govern your use of the FreshLensIAS Evaluations portal at evaluations.freshlensias.com. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms.
The Service
The Service evaluates UPSC Mains-style answer copies using AI-based evaluation against FreshLensIAS rubrics, optionally reviewed and corrected by a human mentor. Evaluations, scores and feedback are educational opinions intended to guide preparation; they are not predictions or guarantees of marks in any actual examination, and FreshLensIAS is not affiliated with UPSC.
Accounts
- Accounts are personal. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to circumvent its security or credit system, or use it for unlawful content.
Credits and payment
- One credit permits the evaluation of one answer. Credits are prepaid, non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Prices are as displayed at purchase (see the Pricing Policy). Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments; refunds are governed by the Cancellation and Refunds Policy.
Your content
You retain rights in the answer copies you upload. You grant us permission to process them (including through our AI partner) to produce evaluations, and to store them for your and your mentor's reference. Upload only material you are entitled to use.
Our content
The evaluation rubrics, reports format, software and branding are the property of FreshLensIAS and may not be copied, scraped or reused without written permission.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the credits involved in that claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes of any examination.
Changes
We may update the Service and these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Durg, Chhattisgarh having exclusive jurisdiction.
